Fails to connect to my TomTom GO620 Professional! Useless
The app can't connect to the rider 500. Uninstall install pair - connects first time and last unfortunately. Phone hardware Huawei P30 pro latest Android.
nice app to send destination to device. some improvements. 1) if a change is showing up on app on not on tom tom device because no map update has happened. send long and lat from app to device. 2) my places show friendly name rather than long and lat 3)be able to search by long and lat so can copy values from other apps
When l put in an address it searches the USA First then will only respond to the first 3 digits of a UK postcode followed by GBR this does not find the exact location, the tomtom will but not this rubbish app
Hello, i download the app but i can't register, when i try to set password tells me on problem occure.
Pointless installing it, don't bother most of the time it does not connect. I reinstalled several times to no avail. As for Tom Tom's team working on it do they exist? If so maybe they are in the wrong job. There's more to life than this useless app or wasting my time writing this. One star is too generous.

Just like others said. This app eats battery even when not used. Used around 11% today (according official battery stats) without me even opening the app. Ridiculous. Come on, for such a big company this should be fixed years ago.
Awful trying to get the my routes to actually sync is impossible i paid a lot of money for this nav to use for driving lessons and the route planning feature is very important for my work very very disappointed
Mydrive says 'Device not in range'? Device Is 6in away. Tethering is on. Device says phone connected. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nope. Not a lot of cop if it can't even connect!
